Bout of Books 12: Day 7/Wrap Up

Here is my wrap up and how my last day of the read-a-thon went. I managed to finish reading the last 211 pages of Losing Hope. I finished it with about 10 minutes left in the day. That's pretty much it. I didn't think I was going to be able to get that last book, but I made it.

Books Read:
1) The DUFF by Kody Keplinger
2) Teen Angst? Naaah... by Ned Vizzini
3) The One and Only Ivan by Katherine Applegate and
 illustrated by Patricia Castelao
4) The Naturals by Jennifer Lynn Barnes
5) Losing Hope by Colleen Hoover

I didn't set a number as a goal at the beginning of the read-a-thon. My only goal was to read as much as possible. I think I accomplished this goal. I know it's not much compared to some other people, but I don't think I've ever read this many books in one week.

Number of Pages Read:
The DUFF - 280
Teen Angst? Naaah... - 258
The One and Only Ivan - 307
The Naturals - 308
Losing Hope - 321
TOTAL = 1,474

I enjoyed all the books I read. There wasn't a moment with any of the books where I felt like I didn't want to keep reading. This is only the second read-a-thon I've participated in, but it definitely motivated me to participate in more.
